Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Guaranteed check-in from 2pm. We will always do our best to accommodate you if arriving earlier.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Accommodation is to be paid on check in with a valid credit card. If you are paying with cash, an additional $100 cash deposit will be taken and a copy of photo identification.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
You can arrive whenever you like, we have a very easy to use After-Hours check in service (key safe at the front entrance). We will text the key safe code to you automatically if you haven't arrived, just before we close. Any issues, our After-Hours team are only a phone call away and someone is always here.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Please ask Reception on check-in - we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required if you make your reservation directly.

Monday to Friday: 08:00am - 08:00pm
Saturday: 08:30am - 05:00pm
Sunday and Public holidays: 08:30am - 12:00pm

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
Darra Motel reserves the right to charge all or part of the accommodation amount for no shows and reservation cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the day of arrival.

We offer complimentary WIFI, an outdoor swimming pool, Bar, Restaurant and Conference rooms are available for hire.
Q: Is there car parking available?
On-site parking is available which is mostly undercover. Heavy vehicle parking is also available.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Yes, all linen is provided with daily Housekeeping servicing.
Q: Is the pool heated?
Our outside pool is unheated.
